Jimmy Kriigel started February 6, 2012 as a new team member with UTS Desktop Support, primarily supporting the 1599 building. Jimmy comes to us from Georgia Tech where he worked in the College of Computing for the IT department for 3.5 years.
He started his computer career in 2000 working for a private high school in Atlanta. He obtained a degree in Information Technology from Clayton State University, where he also co-wrote and published an academic paper called "Snack Attack: An Exploration of Collaborative Learning" and completed a senior project where his team built a vending machine into an arcade cabinet: the user would buy a snack and get a free credit for the arcade machine.
Jimmy was born in Darmstadt, Germany. His father was in the military, therefore Jimmy moved and lived in many areas. His hobbies include technology, films and traveling.

Jo'Ron Ray comes from Genetics.
Jo'Ron Ray started February 20, 2012 as a new team member with UTS Desktop Support, primarily supporting Campus Services. Jo'Ron comes to us from the School of Medicine’s Office of Genetics, where he supported the IT environment for 2 years.
He started out working in the IT Field in New York City with TheStreet.com in 2006 as a customer service representative. In 2009, he moved from New York to Atlanta and in January 2010 started working for Emory.
Jo'Ron is currently attending Georgia State University and is nearly finished with his studies for a Bachelor’s Degree in CIS. He is originally from Miami, Florida, has lived as far north as New York, and recently returned south to Atlanta, GA.
In his spare time, photography holds his interest as well as having a deep love for music and going to live concerts.
